Short version: shop orders collect what is needed to fill them, and the estimate form collects nothing tied to you. Nothing is sold.

The estimate form

The form sends your three answers in the page address and the answer comes straight back. It is not saved to an account and sets no cookie. Like any request to a website, the address can appear in server logs, which are kept briefly for security.

Shop orders

• From an Order Request: name, phone, email, address, Payment Preference and the items.
• From the Operator’s call: brief notes on what was agreed.
• Cookies: one recording that you confirmed you are 21 or older, one holding the cart count, and page-view analytics when they are switched on for this site.

Who receives it

The carrier or Local Representative who delivers the order, the service that sends our email, and Trustpilot, which emails a review invitation after delivery. No one else.

Deleting it

Email us and we delete what the law allows us to, and tell you what we must keep and why.
